Afghan women rebuild Afghanistan

Ground was broken on the construction of a new school for girls in Farah Province, Afghanistan in late 2002. AWM and RAWA are carrying out this work which will provide classrooms and teachers for 150 girls at a time. There is no other girl's school in the area.
